Job Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition:

  • Managing recruitment and selection process.
  • Strategic planning for hiring personnel to foster a productive work atmosphere.
  • Recruitment process including sourcing resumes, arranging interviews, offer management, reference check.
  • Understand hiring managers’ requirements by studying organization plans and objectives to meet the hiring expectations.
  • Headhunt, source and filter good candidates through online job portals and various platform.
  • Prepare and maintain up-to-date recruitment and selection documentation.

2. Human Capital Management:

  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital management.
  • Consult executives on decisions impacting all management levels, fostering sustainable transformation within their business or company.
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, eg. Employee Handbook, Employee Development Programmes, etc.
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands and grievances.
  • Employee engagement activities, eg. Team Building activities.
  • Handle employee confirmation/probation extension/resignation process.
  • Identify training needs.
  • Performance Management.

Job Requirements:

  • Good interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters.
  • Attentive listener, understanding, empathetic, and personable.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Honest, ethical, and dependable.
  • Positive, go-getter attitude.
  • Experienced in mediation and conflict resolution processes.
  • Stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resource Management.
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Suite and various Software programs.
